The others do not stretch as much but run really large and are rather loose on me - and I have beefy hands for a woman.My mom has large knuckles from arthritis, and these were so stretchy, I sent them on to her. They are very comfortable and I would just like to use them for driving and don't even take them off when I go in a store. They feel nice on my hands and I know they'll also protect my mom's delicate skin from accidental abrasions as well. I'd like to get another pair for myself.I like how the steering wheel slides after turns in these gloves, very smoothly as I let the steering wheel go back to it;s position. The Coolibar pair have a hole over the palm, which might be good to keep air in the gloves, but I don't think it's necessary. I use it to pull a finger out to use the touch pad on my smart phone, this pair doesn't need that since the finger tips are not covered. I had the older version of these also; I use them in the summer, when I am camping, boating, or otherwise out in the sun for days at a time. These have slightly thicker fabric (I think) as well as slightly longer fingers, and longer wrist. Mosquitos can still penetrate them, though, FYI. But I still think they are great for protecting my hands from sun. A previous reviewer stated that the cardboard insert came from a Cornflakes box and that this might indicate the product was counterfeit. They are real. My wife ordered a pair of these and they came with that Cornflakes insert so I emailed the company and here's the response:"In an effort to be green our factory requested using recycled cardboard asinserts in our sun gloves. Moda de Verano Gratis I have these in Tan and Black and have worn them every single day for four years now.I just bought them again as the inner lining wore out. Externally however there is not enough wear to think about retiring them (no stitching has come undone anywhere).They are waterproof enough that my feet seldom get wet sloshing thru snow/slush/rain to the train every day.They are not well insulated, but I consider that a good thing because they wear well in the summer heat. In winter I just put on wool socks.They are very comfortable and available in extra wide widths and are passable for business casual. What more can I ask for?The only downside so far is that each of the 3 pairs I have owned had a break in period where one heel would make this compression like noise as my heel pushes into the heel of the shoe. It depends on how I walk. When I notice it, I just change my gait and it goes away. It could be the way I walk or that I bought them too big (I like lots of wiggle room for my toes). But so far the issue has eventually disappeared each time. I had forgotten all about it until I bought this pair a month ago, so I know I have not changed my gait to adapt to the shoe and my older pairs have not made the noise in years (still don't).I have owned many shoes over the years, and these are by far my favorite.
